RSL cruised to a six-wicket victory against Creeks in their last match, chasing down a low total of 88.
Creeks lost regular wickets throughout their innings as RSL’s Luke Cameron (4/11) and Logan White (3/14) put in strong bowling performances.
Jayden Klus (26), Jarrod Watts (22) and White (20 not out) all contributed to the successful run chase.
Their opponents tomorrow suffered a 225-run loss to competition leaders Valley last weekend.
Meanwhile, Souths bowlers put them in a winning position against Denman.
Mal Dieckmann (4/25) and Sunny Cheema (3/11) tore through Denman’s line-up early on to restrict their opponents to just 59.
Souths’ Ted Denton said they were missing a few key players for tomorrow’s clash with JPC.
“We’ve got [captain] Ash Sully out and also Mal,” he said.
“But I think we are still strong enough to hopefully get the win against them.”
