Sinclair has been in the role for the past four years, overseeing a highly-successful period for the club.
A highlight was winning NSW Club of the Year in 2013 for the country sector at the combined awards night in October.
The award is based on a number of factors including racing results, field sizes, crowd attendances and TAB turnover.
Sinclair also cited financial stability, attracting quality sponsorship and building improvements as some of the main achievements from her time at the club.
Despite the club’s recent success, Sinclair believes it is the right time to move on to a new challenge.
“When I came here it was for two years, that was my commitment,” she said.
“I’m now into my fourth year so I’ve done my job.
“We can’t rest on those laurels [winning Club of the Year], we’ve got to do it again and hopefully we’ll have another shot this year.”
Sinclair claims the club’s success has come from a number of different areas over the past few years.
“It’s not just about one person in the industry, it’s a big chain with lots of links and everyone has to contribute to it.
“That’s what success really means.
“I’d like to thank the sponsors, staff, stewards; it’s a very long list.”
She admits a decision hasn’t been made on her next career move, preferring to focus on her final two race events with the club.
“I haven’t considered my future yet; I thought I’d wait until I leave,” she said.
Her successor will be current vice-chairman Duane Dowell.
