Both sides were dominant in their last match, with Valley declaring at 2/308 against Glendon.
They then reduced their opponents to 6/95 to claim the win.
Muswellbrook was equally impressive, scoring 242 in their clash with PCH.
Half centuries to Dominic White (53) and Noman Jawaad (50) put RSL in a strong position before further contributions from Jarrod Watts (36) and Logan White (30) boosted them to the highly competitive total.
White then created havoc with the ball, claiming 4/9 to have PCH in trouble at 5/31.
However, the wet weather forced officials to call the match off, handing both sides a draw.
Meanwhile, Souths were in a tough position against JPC when the rain finally came.
Souths found themselves four wickets down for 59 runs while chasing JPC’s total of 3/177.
Brandon Partridge did the damage with the ball for JPC, taking 2/12 from his three overs.
Saturday’s matches: PCH plays Souths at Cook Park 2, Glendon faces Creeks at Cook Park 4, Denman clashes with JPC at Denman No. 1 Oval and Valley battles Muswellbrook RSL at Cook Park 1.
