More than 60 riders participated in horse ball, team penning, show jumping, cross country jumping, tent pegging, and horsemanship over the course of the camp.
A small sub-committee of just four members brings the annual event together, which includes clubs from across the Upper Hunter.
Committee member Cassandra McLaren said the camp was an ideal way for riders to improve their skills.
“It is a great way to consolidate and extend riding skills, try new things and have some fun and make new friends,” she said.
“It caters for complete beginners just off the lead to advanced riders who regularly compete in their chosen disciplines.”
Riders had four full days of instruction and finished off with a fun competition while proudly wearing shirts sponsored by Hunter Thoroughbred Breeders Association.
They were then handed awards at a special presentation.
The upcoming Zone 7 Jamboree is scheduled for October 24-25 at Murrurundi.
Meanwhile, Upper Hunter Team Penning have their normal monthly competition at St Andrew’s Reserve, Aberdeen, this weekend.
The finals for the October Classic Competition will be held on Sunday.
