The group has been busy coordinating two festive-themed events for the community.
“The popular Christmas Tree and Wreath display is on again this year at the Muswellbrook Regional Arts Centre,” branch president Diana Keating said.
“The competition is a fun way to get into the spirit of Christmas, show off some imagination and raise money for Red Cross.
Entry is free to schools, groups and individuals, and will remain open until late November.
“Many community groups have made informative trees advertising services they provide.
The display will be open from December 1, during Arts Centre hours.
The group will also be organising the Business Window Competition, which is open to businesses in Muswellbrook.
Entry is $10, and two vouchers of $250 each have been donated by the Chamber of Commerce. Entries for the window competition also close on November 22.
Forms for both events are available by contacting 6543 4364 or 6543 2892.
