The organisation’s secretary, Louise Parkinson, said it was a great opportunity for residents to experience the sport of polocrosse – and marvel at the skills of the participants.
“Muswellbrook is one of the smallest clubs in the Hunter Valley but prides itself on hosting a carnival of the highest standard,” she said.
“We generally have 40 teams in attendance at the two-day event, with many of them travelling long distances.
“The carnival caters for all standards.
“And, we recognise the best performing teams and players in each grade.
“Everyone is welcome to come along and watch the action on Saturday and Sunday.”
The club’s ground is situated on Kayuga Road.
