The club faced the Greta Branxton Colts in seniors and under-18s, while the Merriwa Magpies were the opponents in reserve grade and women’s league tag.
Already in 2016, the Rams’ firsts and juniors have secured berths in the major semi-finals at Scone, while the Ramettes look set to join the men in the play-offs, too.
Only the reserves are undecided, according to club president Kurt Dial.
“Murrurundi’s loss on Saturday has opened the door for the boys,” he said.
“So, with two matches remaining – today and next week against Singleton – the reserves are still in with a chance.
“If all four sides contest the semis, it will be the first time since 2001.
“That’s a long time between drinks.”
The Rams’ first grade outfit also wore a special playing strip on Sunday to celebrate NAIDOC Week.
