Mayor Martin Rush had picked up 2457 or 30.58 per cent, while newcomers Steve Reynolds and Jason Foy have impressed in their first outing, with 1342 (16.7 per cent) and 592 (7.37 per cent) respectively.
There are also 427 informal votes.
