Already, the organisation has hosted rego days at Denman and Muswellbrook Marketplace – and welcomed many newcomers to the fray.
However, there is still one day remaining: Saturday, January 28, at Merriwa Home Timber & Hardware from 10am until 1pm.
“Physie, also known as physical culture, is a great sport for girls and ladies from three years of age,” committee member Suzie Troon said.
“It aims to empower girls for life through fun, fitness and friendships.
“It is a sport that develops flexibility, posture, movement through music, teamwork and is for all ages.”
Classes for 2017 in Muswellbrook will be held on Mondays at the Stan Theiss Centre, Victoria Park, from 4pm for three and four-year-olds; 4.30pm for five-to-eight-year-olds; 5.30pm for nine-to-12-year-olds; 6.30pm for 13 years and 1st year seniors; and 7.30pm for ladies of all ages.
Classes for 2017 in Denman are scheduled for Wednesdays at the Denman Public School Hall from 4.30pm for three and four-year-olds; 5pm for five-to-eight-year-olds; 5.45pm for nine-to-12-year-olds; and 6.30pm for 13 years and 1st year seniors.
Classes for 2017 in Merriwa will take place on Tuesdays at the School of the Arts Hall from 5.45pm for five-to-eight-year-olds; and 6.45pm for 13 years and 1st year seniors; and, on Thursdays, from 5.45pm for nine-to-12-year-olds and 6.45pm for seniors (2nd year and open).
“With great excitement, we announce our Physie Fun Day 2017 will be held on Saturday, February 4, at the Stan Theiss Centre Muswellbrook from 10am until 2pm,” Troon said.
“This day offers demonstrations, workshops, disco, craft, fun, fitness and friendship.
“All girls are welcome to attend.
