A FIRE on Rosemount Road blocked traffic for a short while on Wednesday afternoon.

The Denman road is now open, but not before the fire grew to around 4 hectares, surrounding the road on both sides.
Police also attended the scene and crews are now mopping up and patrolling the area, expecting to be finished within the hour.
At this stage, the cause of fire is unknown.
