Final scores in the resounding triumph were Muswellbrook 19.22.136 to TEBB 1.1.7.
The Cats dominated from the outset to exact some revenge over TEBB who defeated them in last year’s Second Division decider.
Jayden Galvin was terrific up front for Muswellbrook, kicking five goals in an impressive display.
Dom White landed three majors while Jessy Besford, Nigel Smith and Lachlan Watts all chipped in with two each.
Muswellbrook was best served by Besford, Smith, Adam Higham, Galvin, Kyle Bray and the consistent Cam Benkovic.
The Cats women’s side had the bye last Saturday.
This weekend, Muswellbrook makes the long trek to Adcock Park to take on the Gosford Tigers in both grades.
