The Muswellbrook woman never took food technology at school and actually hated cooking, but all that changed through Thermomix.
After being named Australia’s number one Thermomix consultant in 2016, Elisha’s career is now taking her around the world.
The former hairdresser went to Auckland in March and Las Vegas last year, due to her rising success, and is bound for Italy in September.
She is hoping to understand and experience how the Italians live and to further develop her understanding of their food culture on her holiday.
“It’s also a culinary experience over there, so chef Nico Moretti will be showing us many different ways of cooking,” she said.
Since starting her career three years ago, Elisha has a passion and love for helping her customers to change their lives from just one product.
In her role, she sees creativity very important for supporting her clients and aiding them in saving time, money and attaining health benefits.
“I am a very inventive person, I think; always thinking of ways to better a person or their family or whatever it is,” she said.
With experience now under her belt, Elisha will head a team of consultants in July, being able to share her experiences and challenges and how to overcome them.
“[I am looking forward to] finding new ways that I can support and inspire them,” she said.
Her dream, when she starting to work for Thermomix, was to be involved in leadership.
And, her trip to Italy gives her a great opportunity to do this.
