The blended team from three different associations will compete in the 2017 Samsung State Age Championships from July 1 to 3.
They have participated at State League over the past three weekends and attended carnivals in Penrith, Tamworth, Singleton, Newcastle and Lakeside.
Being undefeated in the past two months, with seven wins, two draws and three losses, the girls have showed that they have positive form.
“They have been a terrific group of girls to coach due to their willingness to listen, train hard, work on the court for each other and their love of netball,” coach Ian Ingle said.
The carnivals have allowed the team to develop their skills in areas such as their combinations and teamwork abilities.
“Recently they played Comprint the Nol team in the local A grade competition and produced some excellent netball going down narrowly,” Ingle said.
The coach recognised the roles of manger Kate Richards and trainer/assistant coach Tony Deakin in the team’s positive results.
“They have been invaluable to the team’s overall success,” Ingle said.
The team would also like to acknowledge their sponsors Royal Hotel, Rob Gordon Massage, Dimmocks Meats, Melanie’s Jewelers, Irwin’s Packaging, OAS Technology, Dominos, Finders Keepers, Blue Flame Restaurant, Agricultural Hotel, Aah Bella Pizza, and Lola Upton.
