St James’ Primary School Muswellbrook celebrated NAIDOC Week 2017 on Friday, and included a range of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander activities.
Children learned about the Indigenous Australian culture in a variety of different ways.
Whether it was dancing with Wakagetti Dance Group, admiring cultural artefacts and artwork, or trying tasty bush tucker – the pupils were enthusiastic about learning more.
