The NRMA Muswellbrook employee chalked up her 25th year with the auto insurance agency and, to celebrate the milestone, the cake and coffee flowed with family, friends and fellow staff members at the branch office on Tuesday.
“I love the job, the customers and helping people,” Mrs Hagan said.
“However, I’m a bit overwhelmed by all of the attention.
“The biggest change – over the past quarter of a decade – I’ve witnessed centres around technology.

Mrs Hagan also extolled the virtues of her co-workers.
“They are a great bunch,” she said.
“And, I’ve worked with 22 people throughout my 25 years.
“I started with Upper Hunter Holden for the first 48 months.
“Then the Saunders family – Wayne (deceased), Helen and Darren – took over until the current set-up.
“Hopefully, I have another 25 years in me.”
