Local and International talent was celebrated at the 2017 Blue Heeler Film Festival Awards Night.
The Muswellbrook Shire Council event has been encouraging creativity in the Upper Hunter and beyond for a number of years.
This year’s event welcomed a record number of entries.
Four winners took home the top title in their categories; junior – The Day We Lost Timmy by St James’ Primary School Group 2; senior – Home by Rhylie Pereira; I Pick You by Reid McManus.
And, taking home the ultimate prize, The Bluey, was Thomas Hudson with The Last Stupid Thing.
