Former Muswellbrook student Jacinta Thatcher graduates with Masters of Theology (Distinction)

FORMER Muswellbrook student Jacinta Thatcher has attained further success in her schooling endeavours.

The daughter of Jane and Stephen Thatcher recently graduated with Masters of Theology (Distinction) at a ceremony at Newcastle University.

The 35-year-old began her educational journey in town.

She attended St James’ Primary School in Muswellbrook and completed her secondary schooling at St Joseph’s High School Aberdeen.

Ms Thatcher also finished a Bachelor of Teaching/Bachelor of Arts (Honours) at Newcastle University. 

She is now a teacher at All Hallows Primary School, Gulgong.

Ms Thatcher, who’s involved in the Lone Scout Fellowship, is a district advisor with the Girl Guides at Mudgee and active in the Parish of St Mary of the Presentation, too.
