The highway had been closed in both directions near Burtons Lane.
However, local diversions have also been lifted at Kayuga Road and Blairmore Lane.
Emergency services and traffic response crews remain at the scene of the earlier fire, which occurred in the early hours of Thursday.
Fire & Rescue NSW Station 392 Muswellbrook pumper, along with Fire and Rescue NSW Station 208 Aberdeen, responded to the truck fire at 04.02am.
On arrival, they found a trailer containing mixed goods fully involved.
Crews used foam and water to extinguish the blaze.
The Edinglassie Rural Fire Brigade bulk water tanker provided the teams with water for the fire.
Motorists are advised to exercise caution, allow additional travel time and follow directions of traffic crews on scene.
