Your new role
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, as Civil Team Leader, you will be responsible to lead and manage teams across multiple projects, from new structures, building refurbishments and renovations within various sectors including rail, civil, commercial and telco.

What you'll need to succeed
With proven knowledge and previous experience working within Civil Construction you will need:

• Demonstrated ability to motivate teams to achieve performance targets
• Previous experience with directing and controlling construction activities to ensure standards of quality, cost, safety and performance are observed and timeframes are met
• Strong reporting ability to ensure field reports are completed accurately
• Ability to identify any concerns and problems, and confidently implement solutions to overcome challenges
• Previous design and construction optimisation experience
• Proven experience in the operation and use of plant and equipment
• Experience working in Civil, Commercial, Rail or Telco sectors
