We are much ‘More Than Just a Rug Store’ as our original positioning statement would suggest. Sure we sell Decorator Rugs – and plenty of them, in fact we’ve added that touch of style to thousands of living spaces over the years! But it doesn’t end there, we’re also a highly successful retailer of Pre-Finished Timber and Laminate Flooring, Wall-to-Wall Carpet, Custom-Made Window Shutters and Blinds as well!

You might have previous experience in retail, customer service or sales. Or you may be studying interior design or have a genuine interest in home decoration or styling and looking to expand your knowledge in an environment where you will put decorating skills in use daily.

We provide ongoing product and sales training.
At its core, this role will see you helping our customer determine their home improvement requirements and supporting them in making a decision that best suits their needs. In most cases, you will be the product expert that will guide them in everything they need to get their new floors, shutters or blinds installed.
As such and in addition to in-store customer service, sales, and store merchandising, you will attend outcalls and undertake in-home consultations for measure, quote and sales (therefore a Driver’s License is essential).

Our top performers usually earn well in excess of $100K per annum in Base Salary and Commissions.
