Bronwyn Monckton had three Norwegian Elkhounds compete in the dog show this year.
Her two-and-a-half-year-old girl Feralas Mrs Doubtfire, also known as Jeannie, won the bitch challenge and was runner-up for best in breed.
Mrs Doubtfire’s brother Feralas Bicentennial Man, who answers to Andy, was first in his Australian bred category class.
Supreme Champion Feralas Cindia, whose call name is Maya, finished third in the veterans sweepstake.
Ms Monckton was pleased with how the dogs performed.
She was particularly happy with Maya.
Maya had to be desexed last year, and at nine-and-a-half was competing against dogs aged seven to 10 years old.
Ms Monckton has been showing dogs for 12 years. This is the sixth year she has brought ribbons home from the Sydney Royal.
