The local squad is scheduled to play its first-ever home game at Weeraman Field on Saturday.
Unfortunately for the Cats, their rivals are the very much in-form Newcastle City.
“It will be a tough game,” coach Ken Garland told the Chronicle.
“City was last year’s grand finalist.
“But, the local girls never give up – and will try to the end.
“It would be nice to see some supporters at Weeraman cheering them on.
“And, if anyone is interested in having a run, head up to the ground.”
The bounce up takes place at noon.
Meanwhile, Muswellbrook’s Black Diamond Plate representatives line-up against Terrigal Avoca, with the match starting at Hylton Moore Oval from 10am.
