The 2017 minor premiers overcame some recent shaky form to serve notice to next weekend’s opponents, the Greyhounds.
Muswellbrook led 18-0 at the break, courtesy of four-pointers to Brock Farrell, Bailey Taylor and Paul Dengate.
Taylor added three goals.
The romp continued in the second period with further tries to Bryce Beverstock, Taylor and Farrell.
Taylor and Dengate each kicked conversions.
The Thoroughbreds should be commended on a big year – and will be better for the experience.
Muswellbrook and Singleton will lock horns in the grand final at Olympic Park on Saturday, September 2.
