A MAN, suffering burns to his arms and face, was flown from Muswellbrook to Sydney in the early hours of Sunday.

It is believed the 40-year-old sustained the injuries while opening a door to a burning vehicle.
About 5am, the Westpac Rescue Helicopter conveyed the man from the Muswellbrook District Hospital to the burns unit at Royal North Shore.
