Meanwhile, young achievers Sam Randle, Tyler Kelly and Ashleigh and Kristina Wright were also awarded in Scone on Friday morning.
Kate was praised for her active involvement in the All Stars program run through St Joseph’s High School, Anzac service marches and her role in the 2017 Beersheba celebrations in Muswellbrook.
An all-round achiever, she has also been extremely successful on the sporting front including representing the region in touch football, cross country, track and field, triathlon and netball.
