The Merton Living model is one of restorative care – caring for emotional well being as well as overall physical health. Of particular importance is the need to have some fun at the same time.

Merton Court and Merton Home Care both utilise allied health professionals.

We have our very own physiotherapist and registered nurse, to provide the care and assistance to help restore your health when you need it.

Merton Home Care is very excited to be able to offer the community the opportunity to use a local service and enable seniors to take advantage of having someone close by when it’s most needed, all the while giving the independence they enjoy and value.

No longer do you have to use an out of town service provider. 

Merton Home Care staff are happy to provide a supporting hand when you need it.

But first and foremost, our client are always valued.

The packages are funded by the Australian Government to provide for the complex care needs of elderly people.
