That’s the promise from band member Lukas Wildrok as the group prepares for its performance on Saturday, July 28.
Justice Crew, which found fame on Australia’s Got Talent, will showcase their biggest hits, comprising of Que Sera, Boom Boom, Everybody, Best Night, Love My Life, and their hottest new material, which includes So Long.
“We’ve really put some thought into our Muswellbrook gig,” Wildrok said.
“It will be a journey from the start up until now.
“I think it’s going to surprise a lot of people.
“We’re really looking forward to the upcoming trip.
“The boys have never been to Muswellbrook before, so hopefully everyone will show us a few of the sights around town.”
Eleven intimate concerts, throughout regional NSW, form the nucleus of Justice Crew’s So Long tour.
But, it isn’t a farewell expedition.
“I’ve been asked that a lot,” Wildrok said with a laugh.
“No, we’re not wrapping up our career.
“It’s just the name of our new single.
“There is not much of a buzz in the big cities these days, that’s why we’re hitting the road.
“We’re finding there’s more gratitude, more hype and more excitement in country areas.
“Then at concert time, it just goes off.
“One-on-one is the best way to get the music to fans.
“And, for us at the moment, touring is a fresh start for the guys – everything’s new.”
Wildrok said So Long was also a change in musical direction for the outfit.
“It’s so different from what we’re known for – it’s a little bit darker,” he admitted.
“But, we have more control over our music now.
“We’re maturing as an artist – and this single is an honest side of us.
“It’s something we’ve really worked on recently.
“Although we’re still on the pop side of things, we’re experimenting a lot.
“It’s our product, our baby.”
While the nation is bombarded by “reality” entertainment programs on television, Wildrok believes Justice Crew owes a lot to Australia’s Got Talent.
“We certainly embraced that opportunity,” he said.
“It took us to the next platform.”
The extremely talented Divine our Destiny (aka DOD Crew) will warm the stage up for Justice Crew throughout the tour.
