The mare, ridden by Christian Reith, ran 56.99 seconds and was being eased down on the line to win by two and a quarter lengths from the Stephen Gleeson-trained Cosmic Reign.
That time took more than half a second off the previous class record set by Net Worth five years ago.
That was Little Red Shoes’ second successive win after resuming from a 12 months spell.
“This was a nice race for her, but she is a seven-year-old mare so finding suitable races is not easy,” foreman Amy Double said.
“It was also a great ride from Christian.”
Reith settled Little Red Shoes in third place with Miss Casier leading but in the straight she let down and strolled to the lead to win easily.
