Orchestrated by Fire and Rescue NSW Station 392 Muswellbrook, the big man from the North Pole joined the local brigade to roam the streets and give out sweets to swarms of excited kids.
Spanning across three days and braving some wet weather, they covered as much of the town as possible and delivered a yearly highlight for the eagerly awaiting youngsters.
On top of the children seeing their hero, the adults also got to thank theirs as the Fire and Rescue crew lined the footpath to make sure everyone got their sweets.
Christmas most certainly came early for those who turned out and the lolly run is clearly becoming a tradition that grows in popularity with each passing year.
