It took him 14 hours to complete the challenge, which he admits was a struggle after beginning at 5.30am on Monday – and enduring scorching heat throughout the afternoon.
“I pulled up really stiff and sore, but generally the whole body was aching,” laughed Taylor.
But, he did have support throughout the day with Brodern and Kobey Adam-Smith also doing all four rounds.
Taylor was also able to raise $1800, which he was very pleased with, and said he doesn’t regret the experience in the slightest.
“It was worthwhile doing,” he said.
“One, to raise money for the charity and also for just a little personal goal.
“It was hard but I really enjoyed it and it was good fun.”
It was clearly a wholly rewarding experience for the golfer, and with any hope the money raised will become part of something much greater.
