MUSWELLBROOK resident Elisha Carter won the monthly prize from Trolley Tracker™, netting a cool $1000 open order to spend at any Woolworths Group stores including Woolworths Supermarket, BIG W and Dan Murphy’s.

Trolley Tracker™ has been trying hard to salvage the sometimes bad reputation of the humble, but very useful, shopping trolley for many years now by providing a way for people to report trolleys that have wandered far from stores.

Trolleys can be misused and abandoned, but for one local resident reporting one of these much-maligned trolleys has resulted in a $1000 reward.

With more than a few abandoned trolley reports under her belt, Ms Carter was very excited to hear that her diligent trolley reporting had paid off.

She says she logs on to the Trolley Tracker website any time she sees an abandoned trolley around her neighbourhood.

But, the local never expected that she would be one of the lucky winners drawn to receive the monthly $1000 open order reward.

“Working with community-minded residents and efficient collection teams, we can help keep streets and parks attractive and safe by having trolleys picked up quickly,” Trolley Tracker’s NSW project manager Lyn Hall said.

“This also reduces the risk of trolleys making their way into waterways.”

Anyone can report wayward trolleys online anytime at www.trolleytracker.com.au, by using the smartphone Trolley Tracker™ app (available free from the App Store or Google Play) or simply by placing a free call to 1800 641497.
