The nation's first mobile water park is setting up at the Muswellbrook Showground - and offering the opportunity to use its amazing inflatable pools and slides and, of course, cool off as the searing sun continues its summer assault.
This is the attraction's maiden visit to town, and promotions officer Colleen Banks said they were excited to see what reception it receives.
“It’s our first time here and we hope it's going to be a great one,” she said.
"I've had a lot of response from phone calls and media, so it should go really well.
"For the children, it's a lot of fun believe me.
“And, the staff is good with the kids and they interact with them really well.”
The family business has been operational for more than a decade and covered a lot of ground, entertaining numerous people.
Waterworld Central is on its way to the Sunshine Coast following its stint in Muswellbrook.
The community won't have a long time to enjoy it as it's only open on Saturday and Sunday, February 16 and 17, and again on February 23 and 24.
But, it’s sure to capture the attention of many during its stay, so be sure to get along and experience it for yourself.
A two-hour Waterworld Central pool pass is $25 (2-16 years), a Waterworld Extreme pass is $35 (7-16 years) and an adult (17+years) is $25 while there’s free entry for spectators.
Tickets may be purchased online now.
