The team consisting of PGA professional Darren Green and amateurs Graham Bull, Douglas Elphick, Stephen Jones and Bruce Murphy combined for a score of 49.8 to win the regional stage at Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort on March 28.
The quintet will now travel to the Twin Waters Golf Club and Novotel Twin Waters to compete in the decider from May 24 to 27.
Green said his team was thrilled to be heading to the Championship Final.
"The Volkswagen Scramble is always one of the most highly-anticipated events on the club calendar," he explained.
"The guys are ecstatic to be going to the Championship Final."
Bull added that the team members could not wait to get to the Sunshine Coast.
"We have heard such great things from others who have been there before and it will be great to experience the event for ourselves," he said.
"I took a sickie at work just to be able to play [today].
"I'm sure work is going to find out what I've done now seeing as I have to take off time in May for the Championship Final."
The Volkswagen Championship Final teams will be treated to four days of golf played in full tournament conditions, three social functions and the chance to rub shoulders with greats of the game such as two-time PGA Tour winner Craig Parry on the final day's play.
"The PGA of Australia is excited to host the qualifying teams at the Volkswagen Scramble Championship Final," national events manager Heath McLeod said.
"The Twin Waters Golf Club and Novotel Twin Waters Resort have become synonymous with this event and we know that all participants will have a memorable week.
"All teams have won just by getting to the final, having beaten roughly 8750 teams at the local level and 500 regionally to be one of just 28 participating in the Championship Final.
"Winning the final will just be icing on the cake to what is already an unbelievable achievement."
The Volkswagen Scramble is a pro-amateur club teams' event managed by the PGA of Australia.
Now in its 27th season, there were 30,000 golfers participating nationally in one of the 420 events staged at golf clubs across the country.
