The Ian Tomlinson-coached outfit surged to a two-goal lead, courtesy of Will Rankin and Riley Saddler.
But, Morisset added one of its own to ensure a grandstand finish.
With many nervous parents, and family members looking on, it was Muswellbrook goalkeeper Dan McCamley, who stood tall.
The gifted youngster kept out numerous shots on goal and played a sensational game as the last line of defence.
The Eagles now tackle Cooks Hill in the decider.
It's been a massive achievement from the side to continue its campaign in 2019, after surviving a penalty shoot-out the previous week.
The result comes on the back of the club's senior all-age team, which will also vie for a premiership title following a 2-1 win at the expense of Lake Macquarie.
