She had already ridden three of the first four winners - including Hand It In in the $22,000 Benchmark 74 Handicap, Dissenter in the $22,000 Fillies & Mares Maiden Handicap and Spanish Missile in the $22,000 Colts, Geldings and Entires Maiden Handicap - when the hoop jumped aboard Elas Jet for Kris Lees in the $22,000 Maiden Plate.
And, Clenton had the galloper in a great spot before making her winning move rounding the Tamworth turn.
While race favourite Hustled and Aaron Bullock were looming four and five deep, she had to go around just one horse to slip off the fence and storm to victory.
"Samantha could win on a broomstick," Muswellbrook trainer Luke Thomas said of her in the previous race when she'd won on Spanish Missile.
It was the second time she'd ridden four winners, too.
"Last week at Port," she said of what has been an enormously successful period for Clenton.
"That was good," she added of Elas Jet's win.
"I let the speed go again.
"He's still very raw - and got a long way to go."
Earlier in the day, Spanish Missile raced away to a dominant win from Paul Englebrecht's Ringmahon and Justin Bowen's Nice One Wilson, earning Muswellbrook trainers the trifecta.
It was having his ninth race start for Thomas and never looked in doubt after another outstanding ride by Clenton.
"It was a very muddling run race, chopped and changed in tempo," she explained.
"I was happy to keep him out of trouble, he raced well and will get further, too."
Trouble has come Spanish Missile's way too easily in the past, Thomas said.
"He's a nice horse just been unlucky," he added.
"He didn't come up last prep so we tipped him back out."
Thomas rates him a "nice horse" and has higher hopes for him.
"We will take him through his grades,' he said.
"Sam reckons he will get further, too.
"I hope he can measure up next year and maybe make a Country Championship horse."
