That's the theme resonating from the Denman Devils camp.
The Bengalla Hunter Valley Group 21 Rugby League club is eyeing off a big 2020, following a changing of the guard with its executive.
Brad Collins steps into the president's position, with Col Pickersgill and Shawn Kidd the senior and junior vice-presidents respectively.
Joining the boys are Virginia Chapman (secretary), Kim Shackleton (treasurer) and Kate Wolfgang (registrar).
"It's a good, well-balanced committee," Collins said.
"Not just from a gender point of view, but in regards to experience.
"Kim and Kate have been long-term members, so that's an asset for us.
"I guess we're looking to change the culture of the club to make it more professional.
"We want people to enjoy playing, but we're keen to entice more sponsors and supporters to games, too.
"Although it's only early, we're looking at hosting Sponsors, Old Boys and Ladies days."
Collins feels the Devils have made a strong start to their 2020 campaign with the coaching appointments of Paul Benkovic (firsts), Jackson Ball (reserves) and Dan Hagan (under-18s).
A league tag mentor will soon be named.
"It's an excellent base," he said.
"Paul will be good for the younger players.
"He'll also instil a few old-school morals within the squad.
"Dan's been involved with the club for a long time.
"He'll be great with our batch of promising juniors.
"As for Jacko, he's a local through and through.
"He knows the playing group well.
"Our aim, at this stage, is to be in the top three and secure a home semi-final.
"That's vital, especially in Group 21.
"Of course, our optimum goal is a grand final at Denman."
Collins said the Devils' immediate focus was strengthening its playing roster.
"We're talking to a few marquee players to complement the likes of Adam Grech, Brady Benkovic, Ben Hagan and Joey Griffiths," he admitted.
"However, I'm looking forward to seeing the development of Greater Northern Tigers rep Mac Shepherdson, Jackson Stair and Ned Chapman, too.
"I believe they're all on the fringe of making firsts next season."
