At 11am on Saturday, January 18, the Muswellbrook RSL Golf Club will host the child-friendly event in partnership with Titan.
Lasting until 4pm in the afternoon, there will be jumping castles, face painting and even laser tag available, although most importantly there will be donation bins on site.
Raffles will also take place, with 'big ticket items' such as barbeques available to be won, which is possible due to businesses from the area providing large contributions to the charity event.
Branch manager at Titan Australia, Patricia Lambert, said they felt a strong need to support the crews directly.
"We're just wanting to put together a day to raise money for the local firefighters, just because it'll help our community that little bit more," she said.
"There's a lot of raffles and fundraisers around but there's not a lot of things where families can get involved, get your kids involved and actually have a day out."
It's been a quick process to organise the event, with it being floated as an idea just last week.
However, golf club operations manager Beckie Osmond swiftly received sponsorship and donations that have made the day possible.
GJs by the Lake, Game On Muswellbrook, Eatons Hotel, Two Rivers, Titan and, of course, the Muswellbrook RSL are just some of the businesses that have committed to help in some form, as firefighters from the likes of Edinglassie, Mangoola and Denman continue to battle blazes across all parts of the state.
Ms Osmond said she had spoken to some of the brigades, and revealed their reaction was one of positivity.
"They're obviously very grateful, they seem like a very humorous bunch," said Ms Lambert.
"They're hoping to bring a fire truck in so kids can look at it and talk to the firefighters so that would be really good."
