The club received the green light to host the deciders on Monday, March 23, but the committee members met at the weekend to alter their plans.
It was a tough decision, according to coordinator Paul Benkovic.
"After much deliberation the executive decided to suspend the presentation and grand finals of all our games in juniors, ladies and mixed," he said.
"We fully understand the circumstances facing everyone and know that these are stressful times.
"Yes, the timing is not great - and we had things in place to ensure it went ahead.
"However, we all feel that right now it is our duty of care to be safe rather than sorry.
"We are hopeful that we can get together to finalise these games but will make a call on that towards the end of May.
"Thanks go to all our parents, players, referees and sponsors.
"I will keep everyone posted on any developments."
Meanwhile, the Upper Hunter Veteran Golfers Association has cancelled its competition at Aberdeen on Tuesday, March 24.
"It's mainly due to the government's latest ruling," vice-captain Graham Turvey said.
"Each following weeks' golf will be reviewed on a regular basis.
"In the meantime, NSW Health advises people to clean your hands with soap and water or hand sanitiser; cover your nose and mouth when you cough or sneeze; avoid close contact with anyone with cold or flu-like symptoms; and stay home if you are sick."
