The 18-year-old batting all-rounder features in a new Cricket Australia advertising campaign (below), and couldn't be prouder to be inspiring Australians in so many ways.
"It makes me so proud to represent my culture as well as my gender," Miss Chauhan told the Mercury.
"Getting female cricket out there that we are as good as the men, and promoting Indigenous cricket ... and getting them involved.
"I'm really excited."
Miss Chauhan, shares a love for the game with her family - her brother and dad both play, while her mum also helps coach junior teams.
Her goal is to make a national side in the next three to five years.
The commercial features national stars such as Ellyse Perry, Ash Gardner, Tim Paine, Nathan Lyon and Marnus Labuschagne, through to club cricketers, backyard enthusiasts and beachgoers at Woonona Beach.
"To think about the generations [in the commercial], there's like young kids and then there's me that's aspiring to be a national player - that's like one of my dreams - so to see I'm in an ad with [top national players] is so amazing," Miss Chauhan said.
The commercial is to feature on screens around the country throughout the summer months.
