And, they often travel from throughout the country to converge on Olympic Park for a day of laughter, lager and fun.
On Saturday, the club’s two tiny under-7 teams, Blues and Golds, played as the half-time entertainment for both the reserve and first grade fixtures.
One day these little fellas will be Old Boys themselves, so to play alongside the big boys was a treat no amount of money can buy.
On the playing paddock, the extra support spurred on the Muswellbrook first grade outfit to an emphatic 30-16 victory over the Singleton Greyhounds.
The triumph saw the Rams extend their gap on the ladder by four points, from third-placed Singleton.
Muswellbrook also prevailed in the under-18s.
But, the Greyhounds upset the party in the other grades.
Singleton claimed the reserves 40-18 and women’s league tag 8-6.
