The event, in brilliant sunshine, celebrated Simultaneous Storytime, Families Week, Neighbourhood Services Week, Volunteers Week and Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea for the NSW Cancer Council.
A crowd favourite with the “littlies”, The Jitterbugs, performed two exciting sets while Healthy Harold made an appearance, too.
Muswellbrook Shire councillor Malcolm Ogg, along with Cr Janelle Risby, read I Got This Hat to an adoring audience as part of Simultaneous Storytime.
Markets, demonstrations, service provider information, arts and crafts, coffee cart, fruit, a water station and many more activities added to the festive atmosphere.
