The Muswellbrook Polocrosse Club has a strong representation this year, with Brandon and Colin Parkinson, Piper Hooke, David and Ben Caruana set to fly the local flag.
Brandon Parkinson will join forces with the Hunter Valley men’s team while Colin Parkinson faces rivals in the mixed division.
Hooke and the Caruanas have the opportunity to shine for the sub-juniors line-up (under 12 years).
The competition will be intense with the best players from each Zone being chosen to compete.
From a local perspective, all five players have enjoyed a strong season so far and are looking forward to stepping up for the Hunter Valley this weekend.
It has been a particularly big achievement for the sub-juniors.
All three youngsters have gained selection in their first season of polocrosse, so they are super excited to have made the cut.
