The Thoroughbreds led 34-0 at half-time and, even though they took their foot off the accelerator, kept the rivals scoreless in the 46-0 rout.

Scone flyer Tim Smith snared a hat-trick, with Josh Watson (2), Brady Curry, Tim Bridge and Josh Adams among the tryscorers as well.

Jake Watts landed seven conversions. 

On Saturday evening, the Muswellbrook Rams celebrated Old Boys Day with a 38-4 triumph over the Greta Branxton Colts at Olympic Park.
