Touted as a future Immortal, the Queensland State of Origin great and Melbourne Storm skipper’s standing in the game is second to none.
So, it was fitting he was the keynote speaker at Stellar Recruitment’s Inspiring Great Leadership function at Mt Arthur Coal on Monday.
“This exclusive event included key management and leadership team members from BHP,” Stellar Recruitment’s marketing executive Nicole Picone said.
“Cameron gave insights into life as an elite athlete, what it takes to be a terrific leader and creating a high performance culture.
“With four NRL premierships, 11 State of Origin series and two World Cups under his belt, as well as being named the international player of the year twice, we were proud to have collaborated with him as Stellar Recruitment’s brand ambassador.
“Cameron shared his experience as a leader within sport coupled with other themes that are easily transferable to the corporate world.”
The visit was made even more special for BHP Billiton’s coal logistics coordinator Megan Kropp, who picked up one of the crafty hooker’s Storm jumpers.
