The side, yet to drop a game in 2018, ran in six tries to one against a Tigers outfit, which is improving every round.
Winger Megan McLoughlin kick-started the scoring in the opening minutes.
A rampaging Bridget Hunt, Lucy Prudden and Kimberley Brown soon followed suit.
Three conversions to Prudden gave Murrurundi a healthy 22-0 advantage at the interval.
Despite missing a number of players, the Tigers responded through Rachel Savage to trail 22-4.
But, when McLoughlin bagged her second and Karina Dylko touched down afterwards, the Mavettes repelled any Aberdeen comeback to secure a top-two berth on the ladder.
Murrurundi goes head-to-head with the Scone Thoroughbreds in round four, while the Tigers ready themselves for Greta Branxton.
