The Merton Village units have two main sizes - 2-bedroom units and 2-bedroom units with a study.
There are some two-bedroom units that are extremely spacious with a large bathroom, suitable for those with a disability or anyone who likes the luxury of the additional space.
All bar one of the units has a garage attached.
Merton Village now also has land available for caravan parking for the grey nomads who haven't finished exploring our beautiful country.
This space will be secured with an electronic security gate.
Merton Village offers a variety of activities - wellness and social. These include fun active over 50's classes and Tai Chi held weekly. There is a monthly morning tea and happy hour.
A monthly Church service commences Sunday June 30, at 11am. The Village residents have also formed a craft group, art group, scrabble morning and Hoi is a fortnightly favourite.
Croquet on the large lawn area is another popular activity and gives a physical and mental challenge for those who participate.

The village residents have formed a tight knit community where they support and look out for each other.
They celebrate their birthdays together and often socialise externally at some of the great local venues, such as the coffee shops and restaurants in Ogilvie Street or the local vineyards on the edge of town.
Merton Home Care also provides a highly flexible service to Merton Village residents, supporting residents with home care package levels 1, 2, 3 and 4. This helps enable residents to stay safely at home in the Village.
Merton Village Denman is only a short 20-minute drive from Muswellbrook and additional shops or services if required.
