SEVEN representatives from Aberdeen Little Athletics certainly made their collective mark on the Hunter Zone Championships at Metford at the weekend.
While youngsters in the under-7 age group cannot progress to the Region 2 Championships, they can still receive LANSW medallions for placing in finals.
Meanwhile, four athletes - Grace Partridge, Jackson Birch, Ruby Brochtrup and Bella-Rose Partridge - will continue their journey at Glendale in early February.
Grace Partridge is expected to tackle the under-9 700m walk at Region 2, while her older sister Bella-Rose has four events - under-17 1550m, discus, javelin and 800m - to contest.
Birch faces rivals in the under-9 shot put, too.
Brochtrup is in for a busy time, lining up for the under-10 long jump, 60m hurdle, 100m and 70m sprint disciplines.
"Congratulations to each of the athletes for being worthy ambassadors of Aberdeen Little Athletics," club spokesperson Denise Bell said.
"The last night of the first half of the season, in Aberdeen, will be on Friday, December 13, followed by the break for Christmas and New Year.
"We'll resume when Term 1 begins in 2020.
"I hope everyone has a safe and happy Christmas."
